My Lovely Puppy

* Achilles Von Forbes *

I have a Pet! Even this is not the first time, still it brings a big Joy to me & my hubby. Since this is the first time for him having pets, thus i need to 'trained' him some usefull yet unexpecting things that might happened. Mentioning the consequences of havinf new things in our life will bring different situation too...Best case is A lot of enjoyment, playful time but worst case is lotsa things such as frequent visit to vet, Pet shop, all the chores of feeding, clean-up, giving lesson, etc..and, after all those up & down for the first time on January 16th, we bought him this little angel...Achilles Von Forbes. This little angel (an also can becoming a little evil..hehehe) grabbed all our attention since first day home. And now he's been with us for about 3 months, just celebrating his 4 months old. He's spark in our life! Luv yaa little angel..

Epicure...Yummm!

Last week, on a nice shiny sunday we, me & hubby went there to have sunday brunch. Unfortunatelly, i didn't have my Poach Pear taart (which i have dreamt about since weeks ago, hicckksss... ;p) but surprisingly i had a chance to taste a new dessert name Pumpkin taart. It's not a common taart, don't imagine its kinda pie or basic pie dough top with glazed pumpkin...but, it's created in different tasty, delicate way...Much a way from our think. Even my hubby whioch very seldom (note this: VERY SELDOM) of commenting good food, even said:..." Hemmm...this is nice!" What a commpliment then...hahaha..

Ok, for tapas we had Papas Bravas and Gnocchi with butter sage ( This one also made of Kaboccha, Japanese pumpkin) which is sautee with butter & pinch of sage. Very simple but chewy & tasty. For the Papas barvas which was like a deep fried-grilled potatoes with spicy herbs. I add more black pepper and chilli flakes, combine with the sauce ( i think its more like mayo mix with paprike, and other herbs). My hubby try their Spanish Rice Paella seafood. It presentable looked very nice, but i shall add a little comment here, Alex...My hubby said its need more spicy on it. Last time when i dine in one of the restaurant in Plaza Senayan..(i'll tell you the name later) i saw in our next table, a couple was having the whole big wok of Paella. And it's really looks like the original Spanish paella which commonly served in Spain. And the colour also looks darker...maybe because of the saffron? (Am i right Alex?)...

Well, overall....I gave him my thumbs up for the Cheff...and still wanna be back again...hopefully, before they move on.
